How to plan a week of social media posts without starting over every day
A practical workflow for brand DNA, topics, captions, visuals and saving a finished week in the SociAI calendar.
Start with a goal and verified facts
Before generating posts, choose the purpose of the week: explain an offer, answer customer questions or show how your team works. Add your audience, products or services, tone and content language to Brand DNA. Include facts the assistant can use. Missing information should never become invented prices, dates, results or customer testimonials.
Choose topics that support each other
Seven slots do not mean you must publish every day. A useful plan might include a tip, a frequent question, a behind-the-scenes story, a service explanation, a process walkthrough, an idea and an invitation to comment. Match the frequency to your capacity. Remove repetitive topics before spending credits on visuals.
Review captions before creating images
In Mission Control, read each caption and hook. The hook is a short headline for the image; the caption develops the subject below the post. Check language, names, dates and the call to action. Select the contact details that belong in this particular post. A phone number, street address and email are not necessary under every educational tip.
Use a shared visual style
Set a default font, headline position, logo and aspect ratio in Brand DNA. Prefer original photos when showing a specific product, person or event. An AI visual can illustrate an idea, but it does not prove that a scene happened. Review the image at full size and check the exported framing before you publish.
Save the week and move forward
Saving a week to the calendar preserves its posts and visual settings, then opens the next working week in Mission Control. You can reopen a saved week from the calendar. Calendar storage organises your work; it is not confirmation that a post has been published to Facebook or Instagram. Publish separately or verify the result of your configured integration.
